ERP · Custom applications · Websites

Software that fits the way you work.

Repeated data entry. Approvals lost in email. A website that no longer reflects your business. IPCONNEX helps businesses in Montreal and across Canada address these problems with ERP, custom applications and web development.

From requirements and design to development, launch and support.

How the pieces can connect

From a request to action.

  1. Website / portal

    Capture a customer request.

  2. Business application

Route the work to the right people.

  3. ERP / business system

Connect the work to your operational records.

Illustrative integration — not a product screenshot. One possible setup, not a required package. Connections depend on your tools, permissions and project scope.

Our approach

Make the next step a useful one.

Start with a clear problem and a defined scope. Review the work as it develops, then plan the launch and ongoing responsibilities.

  1. Understand the work

Review your current tools, users and pain points. Agree on what the solution needs to do and how success will be assessed.

  2. Build & review

Design, configure or develop the agreed solution. Test key workflows with your team and review progress in manageable stages.

  3. Launch & maintain

Prepare the content or data, support the launch and clarify hosting, maintenance and support responsibilities.

Before you decide

Which kind of project do you need?

Do we need an ERP or a smaller application?

An ERP may fit when several business functions need to share records and processes. A focused application or integration may be enough for a specific gap. We review the problem and your current tools before recommending a larger change.

Can you work with our existing software?

Integrations are part of our development offering. Feasibility depends on the systems, available APIs or data exports, permissions and vendor restrictions. We assess those dependencies before committing to a particular connection.

Can you build our website in English and French?

Yes. We can scope an English/French website with localized content and navigation. Design, development, hosting, performance and SEO fundamentals are part of the service discussion. Content preparation, translation and ongoing maintenance responsibilities are agreed with you.

How are budget and timing determined?

They depend on the requirements, integrations, content or data preparation, and review time. We define the scope and milestones before implementation. The proposal should distinguish initial project work, third-party costs and recurring services.

What happens after launch?

Hosting, maintenance and support can be included in the agreed scope. We clarify who manages updates, backups, access and future changes, so responsibilities are clear when the project goes live.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Describe a task that is difficult today, the tools you use and who is involved. Existing requirements, sample workflows and a target launch date are useful if you have them. Please do not send passwords or confidential customer data through the enquiry form.

The next step

What is getting in your team’s way?

Tell us what you want to build, replace or connect. You do not need to choose a platform before we talk.

Discuss your software project

Start with the problem. We can work through the options together.
