What we do
You do not need to know which service to ask for. Start with the situation you want to improve.
Give warehouse teams focused screens for receiving, inventory and daily work, with ERPNext as the system of record. Nexora WMS is being built for small and medium-sized warehouses.
Bring quotes, orders, stock and accounting into one ERPNext system. Plan, configure and adopt an ERP around the way your business works.
Design a custom application, integration or web portal that addresses one process your team repeats every day, and connect it to the systems you already use.
Procure servers, networking equipment and workstations, or find an end-of-sale part through our supplier network across Canada, the US and worldwide. Send the part number and IPCONNEX will source it.
An illustrative project—not a client case study
Receiving, stock and invoicing need to agree with each other. The same planning applies when a team adds a warehouse, changes its tools or automates a manual step.
Follow how orders, stock and invoices move today and where the re-entry happens.
Configure the ERP records, permissions and screens the first workflow needs.
Validate with the people who do the work and agree on support after launch.
How we work
Describe the process, planned change or product you have in mind. Share your priorities and any deadlines.
Review the existing setup, data and responsibilities. Confirm deliverables, timing and costs before work begins.
Carry out the agreed work, check the result with your team and document the handover. Define ongoing support separately when needed.
About IPCONNEX
IPCONNEX works with small and medium-sized businesses on warehouse operations, ERP implementation, custom software and hardware procurement. We can discuss a focused project or help alongside your existing team.
Talk with IPCONNEXYes. Start with the situation you want to improve—a warehouse that has outgrown its spreadsheet, records that do not agree, or a manual step your team repeats. We will identify whether the right path is Nexora WMS, an ERP implementation, a custom application or a combination.
Nexora WMS is a warehouse operations product being built by IPCONNEX for small and medium-sized warehouses. It gives teams focused screens for receiving, inventory and warehouse work while ERPNext remains the system of record for stock and accounting. It is under active development and scope is confirmed per operation.
ERPNext is an open-source ERP platform built on the Frappe framework. It brings accounting, inventory, sales, purchasing and CRM into one system instead of separate tools. IPCONNEX implements and customises it for businesses across Canada.
Both. Some needs are met by configuring ERPNext; others call for a custom application, integration or portal built around one workflow. We recommend the option after reviewing the process, the systems involved and the records your team must trust.
