What is MOVIOLA WMS?

Is MOVIOLA WMS ready for every warehouse?
MOVIOLA WMS is actively developed. Fit, integrations and physical scanner compatibility are confirmed during project scoping and testing. The demo is a starting point, not a promise that every warehouse process is included.
Which products can the current demo manage?
The demo supports active, quantity-tracked stock items across product categories through purchasing, stock moves, sales and outbound orders. Lot-, serial- and variant-tracked item flows need separate scoping. We review your catalogue, locations and workflow before proposing a fit.
Does MOVIOLA WMS replace ERPNext?
No. MOVIOLA WMS is designed to work with a custom ERPNext application. ERPNext remains the authoritative system for identity, permissions, stock and accounting, while the WMS provides warehouse-oriented operational screens.
Does it require barcode scanners?
The product is being shaped to support scan-oriented warehouse workflows, but physical scanner validation is not yet complete. We would test the devices and workflow required for your operation before treating scanner use as part of an approved rollout.
Can you connect it to our existing ERPNext setup?
That depends on the ERPNext version, records, permissions and warehouse process involved. IPCONNEX can review the current setup and define whether the right path is configuration, a custom Frappe application, or a focused WMS implementation.
